One of my favorite health tips is for every 14 grams of fiber in the diet our caloric intake goes down by 10%. This is one of my favorite holiday recipes to help accomplish that task. 

Healthy Garlic Mashers

2 medium heads cauliflower
3 cups vegetable broth
3-6 garlic cloves
2 T ghee
2 T full fat coconut milk or full fat greek yogurt
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Chives, if desired

Boil cauliflower in vegetable broth. Make sure cauliflower is completely covered. You may need to add more liquid.
Once tender drain well and add all ingredients into blender and spin until creamy.

Serve hot!
