One of the most profound shifts we make with clients is when they start investing in themselves by spending some time on themselves each day.

One of the most popular de-stress techniques is taking a nice long relaxing detox bath. Because we’re typically also filling in deficiencies and re-balancing the system, I like the bath to be functional and healing for the body, as well as relaxing.

Who can benefit from a detox bath? If you have any of the symptoms below, you’d likely benefit:

Celtic Sea Salt  – Simultaneously replenishes lost minerals while drawing out toxins.

Bentonite Clay –  This is the stuff they use for “mud baths” at fancy pants spas. Studies show it is powerful enough to kill MRSA.   1. Melissa, great info. I think I have some bentonite clay in my bathroom right now. I hadn’t realized all the pluses it provides us. I just shared it on my Facebook page and emailed it to a friend as well. Looking forward to next weeks class.
