Summer calls for quick and cool breakfasts that also nourish the body while keeping us slim and trim. This Flat Belly Smoothie will do just that!
Flat Belly Smoothie
- 2 T almond butter
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 cup kale
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 T chia seeds (like this)
Optional add ins:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately.
