Looking for a hearty breakfast that will keep you full and is quick and easy to make?? Well check out this patriotic gluten-free bit of breakfast heaven that’s sure to satisfy.

Prep time: 1 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Yields: 2 people
Ingredients:
1 c dry gluten free oats
2 T Organic all natural peanut butter
2 T Organic unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tsp raw honey (preferably local)(vegan use stevia or agave nectar)
1-1.5 c water
Directions:
Combine oats and water in pan on stovetop. Bring to a boil and immediately simmer on low. Add other ingredients, stirring until desired consistency is reached.
Options: add a T ground flax seed and wet with unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Notes: This is wonderful with raw cacao or cacao nibs as well.
