Bob’s Bruschetta (gluten free, vegan)


3 fresh diced tomatoes

4-6 cloves garlic

6-7 large fresh basil leaves

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic vinegar and Olive oil to taste

Mix and allow to marinate. The longer it sits, the more infused the flavor becomes!

Serve over favorite grilled gluten free bread or over greens for a tasty lunch!
