I’m thinking the 2000’s. I remember this as the time when Diet Coke, Splenda, and chalky protein bars and powders all became cool. I love brownies. But I don’t always love gluten-free brownies. That said, my family and friends taste-tested a lot of brownies until we got this one right. Below is the winner.
We love this recipe because it’s protein-rich with healthy fats, so they make a nice snack, not just sugar-laden dessert.
