This Dairy Free, Gluten Free Sunday Lox is one of my all time favorite crowd pleasers.

Yields:
4 people
Ingredients:

1 Package Smoked Salmon
8 Slices Gluten Free Bread (toasted to preference)
1 whole Avocado
1/4 Red Onion sliced thin
3 T capers
1 medium tomato sliced

Directions:

Toast Bread and coat generously with fresh avocado sllices. Add capers next and gently press into avocado with fork. Top with salmon, tomatoes, onions and enjoy!

Notes:

This works great on a board when entertaining and guests can fix their own to their liking.
