Warm weather and busy mornings call for an easy breakfast shake recipe that can be prepared the night before to grab and go!!
Raw Breakfast Cereal Shake Recipe
1/2 cup buckwheat or steel cut oats previously soaked overnight (I like them because they’re less processed and more nutritious. I always have some soaking in a Ball canning jar in the fridge)
1 cup fruit of choice
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 tsp maca root
1-2 T collagen
2 T chia seed
Dash of Ceylon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except chia in vita-mix (blender or food processor) and blend well. Pour into bowl or to go container and top with chia seeds. Stir very well and cover. Breakfast will be thick and tasty for the next morning with no prep work!! Enjoy!
