Panera Bread Company recently announced the meat they serve will be anti-biotic free!! Healthier eating is going more mainstream, which is a success we can all celebrate!!
Ok, this is great news, but there’s still the question of what to eat at Panera Bread Company to keep it all in check. Here are a few RNL approved suggestions:
-Roasted Turkey Artichoke on foccacia (only eat half the bread) with a bowl of garden vegetable or a salad with the dressing on the side
-Black bean soup with a side salad, dressing on the side.

To Drink Panera offers several unsweetened iced green teas sure to give you a boost. Just be sure to double check when ordering that they are not sweetening your cup!
