It’s hot outside, cool off with these easy, tasty raw burgers, perfect for Meatless Monday or any occasion!
Curried Raw Sun Burgers
1 1/2 cups raw sunflower seeds (soaked at least one hour)
2 cups sun dried tomatoes (soaked at least one hour)
3 T chia seeds- no need to soak
1 T curry powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric
1-2 garlic cloves
Options: mustard, fennel, dash of cinnamon, ginger, cloves
Process all ingredients in a Vitamix or Food Processor until desired consistency is reached. I like leaving it just a bit chunky. They are also just a bit prettier this way too!!
Form patties and serve as is or dehydrate for a few hours and serve on flax crackers or lettuce wrapped with cucumbers, raw sauerkraut, and/or avocado.
