Energy healing is a form of alternative or complementary therapy and the term covers any modality which works with the energy circuits and fields in the body.

EFT, or tapping, is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles.

The practitioner you choose to work with is often more important than the modality itselfYou have to feel safe with that person and able to open up.

My Story:

My friend Kate turned me onto Marie. This friend and I have so much in common, including past hurts. I feel happier, more energetic, am making more money, speaking my truth, have improved relationships, more support, and I finally do not care what anyone thinks of me.

  2. Wow, makes sense. I guess every aspect of our health can use a “detox” now and then, and our brains certainly don’t have their own livers cycling those toxins out. Thanks for sharing this!

  3. I never believed in EFT, until I tried it when I started getting treatment for PTSD and anxiety and found it really seemed to help calm me down. It’s definitely something I’m more interested in now, this is a great post. Thanks for the info!

  4. Yes, I’ve had energy work done, and I found it incredibly powerful and healing. It allowed physical healing to follow, when I felt the relief from emotional traumas. I was amazed how dramatic it was. So glad you’re sharing details here!! 🙂
