Turkey Joes to Brighten Your Winter Mood

It started a couple of weeks ago. The holidays were over, but I still wanted some comfort food. It seems to me my Dad made the best sloppy joes as a kid. This could become a family debate, as my Grandmother still makes a mean joe in which she adds gumbo soup to the mix, but that’s another post 😉  And I don’t know about you, but I find ground turkey a bit boring (and sometimes dry) so I wanted to remedy that with my childhood food fix in a healthy way.
