Baby, it’s cold outside. Warm up with this chocolaty and healthy vegan mocha. Lots of flavor, zero guilt!

Creamy Vegan Mocha 

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes


3/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1-2 tsp sugar-free, alcohol-free vanilla extract
1 pinch Celtic sea salt
1Tbl raw cacao powder
8 drops stevia or 1 Tbl raw honey(not vegan)
1/3 cup hot strong coffee


Heat milk in pan on stove. Do not boil.

Brew strong coffee (use amount of coffee used for sull cup but with only 1/3 the amount of water.)

Mix remaining ingredients in your favorite mug.

Add hot milk, and fresh brewed coffee (I recommend a french press for best flavor!)

Sometimes I’ll add a few vegan chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows to make it pretty!
