Last year I had my first baby which led to a  real come-to-Jesus moment about my skin. Clean eating, sunscreen, loads of water and avoiding chemical laden products on my sensitive skin had kept most people guessing I was in my later 20’s, instead of the awful truth that I am now deep, deep in my 30’s. And I need natural skin care products that actually work. Read on to find out what’s in my natural skin care routine. Continue reading “My Natural Skin Care Routine”

It’s Not About Weight Loss…

Have you ever had one of those days? Or maybe weeks? In the past couple of weeks, I’ve really enjoyed giving away free health strategy calls to help RNL followers Master their Metabolism. But there’s something that has me pretty ticked off. I spend my days talking with the most amazing men and women and most of them want to lose weight. That’s not why I’m mad. DIY After Sun Spray You’ll Love for Summer’s End

It’s hard to believe that it is already that time of year again. Summer is slowly coming to an end and soon flip-flops and bikinis will give way to chunky sweaters and cute boots.

But wait,  it’s not time to kiss those tan lines goodbye just yet. If your family is like mine, it seems someone (usually daddy) always has too much fun in the sun. If you’re finding yourself looking in the mirror at your tender, red skin (and kicking yourself for forgetting to apply that third and fourth application of sunscreen), have no fear.

I have a tried and true DIY after sun spray that will have your thirsty skin thanking you in no time.

This spray is super easy, works well, and you may already have the ingredients in your cupboards.  Get ready for some post fun in the sun relief!

DIY After Sun Spray Recipe

Yes, it’s seriously that quick and easy!!

And the best part? It smells amaaaaaaazing!!
