Are you the type that just loves vitamin water or something other than plain water in the summer? I’ll admit, I used to go for the vitamin waters when I was run down and needed a boost….I just never felt much of a boost, that is until I stared making my own! It was cheaper, prettier and gave me the zip I was looking for with just the right flavor (no sugary fruit punch taste here please.) Here is one of my favorite recipes.
Start with 16 ounces of filtered water
Add 1/4-1/2 cup of sliced strawberries (I find fresh work best) (Good for immunity, eye health, cancer prevention, gorgeous skin)
Add small fistful of fresh mint (at least 10 sprigs) (Gorgeous skin, cancer prevention, promotes healthy digestion, keeps breath fresh,prevents nausea and keep female hormones running healthy)
Add 1 tsp Vitamineral Green (see photo) (thyroid health, probiotics, detox, immunity, liver function, fiber, metal clarity, antioxidant rich, anti-inflammatory)
Option to add 1/4 cup sparkling water on top (this is just for fun….it’s a bit acidic so don’t overdue it!!)
Shake or stir well and enjoy!!!
