Easy White Bean Wrap

Serves 1 

Ingredients: 

wrap of choice (brown rice tortilla, nori sheet, collard greens)

1/2 tsp coconut oil 

1/2 cup white northern beans (if canned, rinse well first)

1 cup kale

1 T red onion

slice of avocado

kelp and Celtic sea salt to taste

Directions: 

Sautee all ingredients except avocado and tortilla in coconut oil, adding kale on top last, if desired. Wrap all ingredients in wrap of choice and enjoy!!

Option to top with hummus for a tasty zip!!  I LOVE this one.
