You want to head to your local health foods store or farmers market and get local bee pollen. Bees cross-pollinate local flora and fauna, which is why bee pollen helps you build up antibodies to things you normally react to. You will use it sublingually (under the tongue). Start with 1/2 a teaspoon a day for one week. The following week bump it up to 1 teaspoon. Weeks 3-6 use 1 tablespoon. Simply hold it under the tongue until it dissolves. Do NOT do this in the evening. It’s so energizing, you may not be able to sleep!!

Bee pollen is fantastic for the immune system and wonderful when you’re embarking on a new workout routine or just feeling low energy. Simply add it to smoothies or sprinkle over your morning cereal.

Be sure to share this with your other seasonal allergy suffering friends and “Pin” it for later!

      1. Thanks. No offense to you or your video, but I can get to the information I’m interested in a lot faster reading, rather than on a video.
