Granola, sometimes it’s just necessary, but it can be hard to find a healthy gluten-free granola recipe. We’ve got you covered with this easy gluten-free granola recipe. 

Easy Gluten-Free Granola Recipe

Prep and cook time:  20-30 minutes

Makes about 3 cups

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spread mixture in a thin layer on a cookie sheet (I like to cover mine with parchment paper).
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, and then stir with a spatula.
  5. Bake another 5 minutes and stir again.
  6. Keep baking for about 15 minutes total until golden brown all over.
  7. Option to add 1/4 cup goji berries upon pulling granola out of the oven and stir.
  8. Eat immediately or cool for about 10 minutes prior to serving.

    1. Oh man Dianna, I’ve tried to correct that, but if you click on the icon, you should be able to see the photo. Isn’t Ceylon cinnamon the best? Such a powerful tool for balancing blood sugar. I just love food as medicine! I hope you try and enjoy this recipe!!
