It’s the new year! And we all know what that means… Resolutions, resolutions, resolutions!

Yes, just like you, we are all guilty of making resolutions that we just can’t keep. So as I was contemplating mine, I found myself in need of a little motivation so I started to look through the journal of quotes I started keeping last year.

And while shuffling through them I realized that maybe, just maybe, the key to making good on all of our resolutions lay right in front of me! Instead of making endless, unrealistic resolutions, maybe we can try a different approach. Maybe we can try to just be the very best version of ourselves. Whether it’s eating better, working out more, losing that extra 10 lbs., being a better friend, finding our soul mate, etc. All of these things are absolutely attainable as long as you have the right attitude.

So I went through and hand-picked my 50 most favorite inspiring, motivating quotations to share with all of you! Because friends, the way I look at it is if we go into this new year with a promise to ourselves to be the very best version of ourselves, we simply cannot go wrong!
