The End of Bad Gluten-Free Brownies

 

I love brownies. But I don’t always love gluten-free brownies. That said, my family and friends taste-tested a lot of brownies until we got this one right. Below is the winner.

We love this recipe because it’s protein-rich with healthy fats, so they make a nice snack, not just sugar-laden dessert. Healthy Holidays…..It’s not too late!!!!

I almost hate to say this, but Christmas is almost here (deep breath- you will get everything done!) If you’re anything like me, it can feel like all is lost in the waist line department.
