Summer calls for quick and cool breakfasts that also nourish the body while keeping us slim and trim. This Flat Belly Smoothie will do just that! 

Flat Belly Smoothie

Serving: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 T almond butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup kale
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 T chia seeds  (like this)

Optional add ins:

1 tsp maca, Ceylon cinnamon, 1 T collagen, dash stevia or Raw honey

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
